Remembrance Day and the annual Poppy Appeal will be with us shortly. The Appeal has always been very generously supported by Headley residents but this year the circumstances are such that our collectors are not permitted to use door-to-door or roaming Headley Common car park.
The needs of the Legion continue as normal so we need to fundraise in different ways.
From Saturday October 24th Julie and Glen have kindly agreed as usual to take a collection box and poppies in the Shop for cash donations and also cheques ( made out to the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal ). In addition there is a scanner for donations direct to the Legion by mobile phone.
