Drop-in session – 25th September
The owners of the Church Lane Nursery site have prepared a new application for the re-development of this site. They have agreed to attend a drop-in session on Monday 25th September from 5:30 pm – immediately before the Parish Council meeting at 7:30pm.
They will be displaying plans of their latest proposals and will be present to answer questions. The Parish Council will also be distributing a questionnaire so we can collect your views on the proposals. This is an important site in the centre of the village and the Parish Council has always said that we will consult with residents before deciding whether to support any proposal.
The previous application was rejected by Mole Valley because the percentage of affordable housing was deemed excessive for a site in the Green Belt. This view was upheld at Appeal last year.
