Following the diesel spillage on the A24 between Clarks Green Roundabout and the Beaverbrook roundabout this morning, the road remains closed northbound.
Surrey Highways teams are on site making the area safe and dealing with the clean up of this significant 10,000 litre spillage that spans approximately 10 miles of road.
Cobham Services is also closed at this time due to diesel spillage on site.
Extensive traffic disruption is expected throughout today and over the coming days. Please avoid the area until further notice.
