From MVDC: The National shortage of HGV drivers continues to affect garden waste collection services in Mole Valley and across the country, meaning that we’re unable to provide our normal service.
Regrettably the Garden Waste Service in Mole Valley will be suspended for a further two weeks: w/c 16 and 23 August 2021. Please do not put your bin out for collection during this time. Residents signed up to Garden Waste Service will receive a credit for any cancelled collections.
We are working with Elmbridge, Surrey Heath and Woking councils, as part of the Joint Waste Solutions partnership to review available resources and assess all possible options for future service delivery to determine the best approach going forward. We would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused and are grateful for your patience and understanding.
